Favorite Websites Like everyone else with internet access, we have discovered some websites that we would like to share and encourage you to visit - and of course, they're all about science! Science Daily Magazine. Each day, Science Daily presents news about what is happening in the world of science. You will find their articles to be clear and concise, much more informative than what newspapers present and the coverage is much broader as well as more detailed. The Science Museum. London's Science Museum covers everything from Dolly, the cloned sheep, to historical things like Leonardo da Vinci's flying inventions. This site has a rich assortment of entertaining and educational online exhibits. The San Diego Zoo. Need we say more? The Yuckiest Site on the Internet. This site is devoted to biology and physiology, and it gets pretty yucky! Some interactive games are offered, as well as instructions for "icky experiments, creepy crafts and revolting recipes". ...as well as National Geographic for Kids and Science Stuff. |
