Medication Pick Up
This note is to remind you to pick up your child’s medication from the school by
Friday, May 22, 2026
By State policy we are required to dispose of all remaining medication whether prescription or non-prescription which has not been picked up. NO medications are allowed to be sent home with any student regardless of age.
As a reminder for upcoming 2026-2027 school year:
· if a child is required to take prescription medication during the day, a medication administration form must be signed by the parent/guardian as well as documentation signed by the prescribing physician must be provided before any administration. The medication must be in properly labeled prescription bottle. Plastic baggies or any such containers will not be accepted. Initial dose must be administered by a parent/guardian at home!
· if a child needs any OTC medication(s) such as Tylenol, Advil, Benadryl, Midol as needed during the school day a medication authorization from must be signed by the parent/guardian OTC medication must be brought to school in the original container. Plastic baggies or any such containers will not be accepted. Please bring OTC medications in small quantity bottles due to lack of storage.
